The raised horn like protruberances are a very rare condition and are not actually horns but a calcium build up condition caused by a genetic defect. It does look cool tho. And the "tail" you hear so much about "in the womb" is actually not a tail at all, but a stage at where the spine is longer than the body is developed (that is hip and leg wise) so as the hips develop and fill out, the tail bone section curves under to where it belongs, fitting under the hip bone and no long looks odd and out of place.

a few babies are born with tails, extensions of the spine, usually only very short and often surgically removed at birth, however there are more idiots inserting horns under the skin in these silly tattoo and piercing places.

I hear he goes by many names...and to this day, he's honored Mick and The Stones actually did a song about him. I also hear he dresses in very sharp Arami and Versace suits.....and has a clever "snake and apple" lapel pin on his jacket.
And he's well aware his heavenly nemesis also walks the planet and is described quite similarly. Word is when the two meet up: all H e l l will break loose.
