Pliz let me first correct you; His name is Zinadin Zidane but not Zaidan as you put it.

From my football experience I believe The Italian Player might have insulted Zizu or made some unfriendly utterances to him. So hhe got ungry and reacted.

To my opinion that was too bad espicially from a player like Zidane; with all the experience he has. He is the captain and should show a good gesture to be emulated. He has been the fifa best footballer for I think 3 times. I am his fan but he really disapointed me.

the italian player put his hand on zidan's shoulder, said mean things to hi and pull his t-shirt. the italian player didn't know the limit. like rooney, zidan lost his cool and became a very hot chilli instead of the super cool cumember.

and it's NOT his fault . who you allow someone to humilate you. hey, he is the captain. the italian player is disrecpectful, a real joker who doesn't knows his position. look at the game. the italians kept injuring the france players.

he headbutted him not kicked him nincompoop and the italian guy probable suggested racial feedback to him. Rumor is this finished factor became scripted and not a lot of human beings understand that Zidane is a factor African so the defender suggested to him "circulate back to Africa you do not belong in Europe" and no i don't think of the headbutt became as vicious because of the fact the Italian participant made it seem and how the ABC annoucer suggested it became. His marker Italian player failed in keeping Zaidan from attacking Goal Post, so his marker resorted to SWEARING, which no gentleman will take it quietly, it is against the spirit of sports, there should be a THIRD UMPIRE like in the cricket in soccar too.

There is no acceptable reason for this behavior on the pitch. Whether is was due to a racist remark,(which I suspect) or any other reason, a player of ZZ's stature should be ashamed of such behavior.FIFA should investigate the incident thoroughly so as to forestall future occurrences.

There was an argument between zizou and materazzi before...i think materazzi says something to zizou..maybe about racial...who knows..in fact first materazzi had his arm around zizou then they slowly walked and zizou said the first thing and wald away from him..then materazzi said something and zizou did get his freak on...FIFA should have someone that can read lips..materazzi is just like paparazzi...hurm..
