Phones in India are real nice. They will cost me much less when I bring em here in the US. "Unlocked" GSM Phones only.

most likely if it's unlocked and quadband then it should work here in US. especially if it's an international version. i have a phone that didn't come out here in the US yet but it's an international version/quadband so it doesn't even need to be unlocked to work here in the US. i have T-Mobile too and the phone isn't branded

I'm not quite sure about India, but I do know that the jacks in Australia or Britain are not the same, so you would probably need to buy an international jack or have it altered.
