whats the best mascara and or eyelinner to use?

Use a powdered eyeliner then it won't run and look like crap. I like bare minerals you can get samples off ebay for cheap and they last forever.

One of the best liquid eyeliners that I have used is from Loreal, and costs about $10. Its long thin brush is very precise and long lasting. It especially makes a perfect line on the top of the eyelid.

For the bottom of the eyelid, I prefer a long thin pencil eyeliner from MAC in a very dramatic sexy color called Charcoal. You can smudge for smokey, or just line underneath for clean and classy. Mac eyeliner costs around $18, but is so worth the price.

For Mascara, I think Loreal Full Definition Voluminous Mascara is awesome! It makes lashes look long and thick! It costs around $10. Makes eyes look nice and big as well.

MAC eyeliners is my favorite. There are lots of good mascaras out there from the drugstore to department store. L'Oreal Voluminous, MAC Pro Lash, and Prescriptives Lash Envy are some of the best.

Maybelline XXL mascara, and either MAC eyeliner or Rimmel.

Extra long and water proof mascara as it doesn't smudge.
Waterproof eyeliner doesn't smudge and just able to peel off .

That is really a trick question b/c diffrent products work on diffrent people. You are just going to have to try diffrent brands until you find the right one. It took me years to find out what works the best on me, and still sometimes I try new ones.
