i would love to say that there was something that you could do but to be honest unless you have hard solid evidence there's nothing that you can do what he did was selfish and needs to be taught a lesson the hard way he has ruined your chances of great susses in life well at least he has put it on hold you need to kick this man to the curb -x-

Gee, sounds very technical, boring a hole in a small rubber device. A pin could do that, grow up, behave responsibly and take control of your own birth control. Forget about blaming others for your own predicament. Over the nine months, you also had other options is you did not want a child. But be aware never blame the father to the child. You will only lose.

This is another foolish question....are you the spiteful one? If you knew he did this to the condom, why did you allow the sex to continue? Secondly, be responsible for your own contraceptive health. You should have been using 2 forms of birth control if a pregnancy was somethin you didnt want. There is no law for condom tampering, if there was, there would be hundreds of thousands of women locked up everyday.
The only laws that apply to sex are ones where you must disclose to your partner if you have an STD like HIV, AIDS, Herpes, Warts....basically all the ones you can never get rid of.

I think in some states, you can require him to supply dna so the test of being the real father or not can be done, but your best bet is to talk to an attorney, or if you don't have a lot of money, (which you probably don't since you are pregnant, I take it?) then give the welfare in your state a call, and they will direct you as to what can be done. Good luck.

You would have to prove it first of all, unless he had an STD that he intentionally passed on to you, that would be pretty damn hard.
Otherwise, it's your responsibility to make sure you're protected. Condoms break all the time and should never be considered as reliable birth control.

You can't do anything because condoms or any other sort of protection is never 100% gaurnteed, so your always taking a risk when having sex.

If you have proof, you might have a case of rape or assault, depending on what country / state you live in. Otherwise it will be your word against his, and it will be difficult for you to get anywhere in a court of law. Did you get pregnant?

Maybe it would help if you still had the ripped condom and maybe a finger print or video showing him riping it,because not many judges will believe you that.

Honestly, I don't think there is anything you can do about it. It was consensual sex, and you always take the chance of contraception failing...

But you can sue him for child support to help take care of the baby.

I doubt it. Even if you do prove it, the sex was consensual. There isn't anything anyone can do. Making him pay child support for the rest of his life should be lesson enough.
