Since the worker's time is in min, change an hour to 60 minutes so you are dealing with a same unit of measurement, then

60 / 1.5 = 40 prt

Long hand: 60 min / (1.5 min / prt) = 60 min x (prt / 1.5 min), the 'min' cancelled (one in the numerator and one in the denominator) and you are left with 40 prt.
