Your Body Mass Index is 24.1, which is in range for normal. Not overweight and certainly not obese.
It sounds like you believe that you are fat. My only advice is to not pay too much attention to the body types you see on TV and in magazines. Real people don't look like that. Most of those pics are airbrushed or photoshopped.
However, it never hurts to exercise even if you are not fat. Walking or jogging for a half hour a day will keep you from becoming overweight.

Depends on your build, baby girl. some girls are square, lol. Some girls are pear shaped. Most 13/14 yo girls tend to be a bit bottom heavy, that evens out as you get older. make sure you take some vitamins and drink a lot of water. it helps skin and growth. Exercise is good for muscle tone on your legs.

just put more thought into gettiing physical activity in your day. make a conscious effort to move continuously for a while. you can start slow and just build up. maybe go for a walk everyday for at least 30 minutes. just do it EVERY DAY. pretty soon you'll be able to do it for 45 minutes. just keep doing it. don't let your schedule get in the way. and then maybe you'll be able to join a gym later, or start running, or join a sport. positive daily affirmations help too. tell yourself, "i'm beautiful," even when you don't feel it. good luck!!

i am going to make a big asssumption, that you are about 5'7''. I have a sister, which beat you out in weight, and is 5'8". There is a difference between being big and being overweight - the next time you visit your doctor, ask him what the average weight is for girls of your height :) im sure you could find a chart online (make sure its up to date)

To know it, you can use this formula (for girls only)
Proper weight = Height in Centimetres - 110 Centimetres
The proper weight has range 10% more or less. After that compares with your weight.

whether you are overweight or not depends on how tall you are. if you want to lose weight, eat a healthier diet, in smaller portions, and exercise more. also, no offense, but ---- learn to spell or use the "Check Spelling" feature!

don't look at the weight so seriously...how do *you* think you look? are you muscular and athletic? i'm 5'3 and 150...most of it is muscle (toned thighs) but i 'look' about 130
don't let the numbers get you down. focus on how you feel about yourself.
