Look at your radio manual. There should be a card with a code on it. Follow the instructions and it will unlock the radio. If you have punched in the code more than 3 times (in some radios) you need to go to the agents and they will unlock it for you. If the radio is the factory fitted radio and you have lost the card then you need to go to the nearest agent for your car and they will unlock it for you while you wait.
I did it with a merc and they unlucked it for free and gave me the number.

Car stereos sometime have this feature for the sole purpose of screwing up the thief. If you look in your manual it will give you a code number to press and the stereo will unlock. If you don't have the manual, contact your dealership and they will give you instructions and the code number. Good Luck!

Look in the owners manual if you have one, maybe the previous owner wrote the code in it...otherwise its a scam to make you got to the dealer and pay them 75 bucks to reset it...Hell, ain't nobody gonna steal a factory radio.........LOL

There is usually a security code that needs to be entered - check your owner's manual for instructions on how to enter it, and your original paperwork for the code.

Sorry it is permanently locked now. I've heard ramming peas inside the CD player might help, but that is just what I heard.
