In Greys Anatomy, do Meridith and Dr. Sheppard get together in the end?

At the end of last season (which are playing as reruns right now)they snuck away from a party in the hospital and got it on in a empty room. (Which was totally hot.) Then they went back to the party where Meridith had to decide between McDreamy and the cute veteranarian she is dating and the season ended that way without telling who she picked. I think that's right it's been a couple of months. Grey's Anatomy is the best show ever!!

Why do you need to know that? Dont you want the end to be a surprise, although Id say that they probably will.
