its not just them; they just made it famous.
I've gotten lottery scams from europe, bank scams from the US, and inherentance scams from India.

Why does any group of people scam? Don't single out Nigerians like they are the only ones tryna get green cards.....I know lots of Filipino women who were mail order brides and thats how they gained entry into this country.....They are married to creepy old white men 15, 20 years their senior but hey they got citizenship and it only cost them their dignity and procreating with this ageded men who could be their fathers. People scam as a way or end to a means. Desperate times call for desperate mesures.
