Pregnancy can occur only with sperm. If you have had no sex in a year, no you can't be pregnant....unless you had sex with someone else or you had a doctor perform artificial insemination.

If the husband visited a SPERM BANK and the wife visited it a year later, that might do it, but if that's the case this is a tricky question to the point of dishonesty.
No, coitus and ejaculation do not result in pregnancy a year later! No. Never.

What is this an immaculate conception? You gotta have sex with someone to have a baby. The process takes about 9 months. Something is not right here.

u have unprotected sex with whoever it is then yeah of course u could get pregnant. Age wouldn't matter. i was watchin the tyra banks show the other day and a 39 yr old female got pregnant from a 12 yr. old kid.

Wait... do you mean can a woman get pregnant from her husbands child? or get pregnant from her husband, creating their child? If a woman doesn't have sex, then they can't get pregnant unless she had artificial insemination. that should be apparent.

Ummm I saw this thing on Oprah where a woman got pregnant and she was like WHAT, HOW? Cause she hadnt been having sex w/her hubby 4 like months and so she told him and he confessed that he'd been having sex w/her while she was a sleep! So... Umm maby this happened to you..?

Yes, it is possible if her and her husband have had other sexual activity. If there is ANY way for sperm to ....get inside, at all, then there is a chance she could be pregnant.
Otherwise, there is no chance at all.

only if she is a virgin mary.the sperm stays inside the uterus for only 24 hours. after that if a woman gets pregnant ,then she must have had sex or she is ordained from god as a virgin mother.
