what is necessary in order to obtain an ivent, alcohol, and medical permit for a concert here in San Diego, Ca. And what are the procedures in order to get these permits, is there a web site I could maybe go to in oder to find out? Im talking about the concerts where artist perform such as rappers or r&b singers. Where can I look for this information?

Inquire at the City of San Diego They are usually responsible for handing out those kind of permits. If there is an Events Department that might be the place to start.
If you're putting on an event in San Diego or any other town in the US it's usually best to start with the city government when you want information about permits.
