soap, water....most people bathe once a day. Its not proven to work, but some scientists believe soap and water actually clean the skin. I'm not advocating cleanliness at all, but for the desperate it may be option.

You need to be careful about the products you use because if you dry out your face too much, your skin will start to produce oils to compensate (which will cause more acne). DO NOT WASH TOO MUCH. I had acne for years and tried EVERYTHING. It either dried out my skin and made it itchy or didn't work at all. Then I tried the Mary Kay TimeWise 3-in-1 Cleanser, Moisturizer, and the Blemish Control Toner. I also use the Microdermabrasion Set, which makes my skin glow! Email me with questions because I know exactly how you feel. www.marykay.com/adina_k
Remember: Makeup will make you look gorgeous, but like an artist - you need a smooth, clean canvas to start on.

Drinks lots of water and sleep with enough ammount is the best natural way to get rid of pimples!!!
But as the results didn't show out. You should meet a "skin professional" doctor.
If you don't want to see a doctor, maybe try out of some product in the market...
But by trying most of the products hurts you skin, making them dry and other negative effects......
So as he best way try the first suggestion if no results came out in one week, go find a doctor!!!!

The best and simple way is first prevention because it is better than cure. Make sure you always wash your face with soap and water, avoid colored soap coz it contains a lot of chemicals that might harm your skin, make sure your hands are clean when touching your face, drink a lot of water and avoid fatty foods. If pimples appear already, the best treatment is to apply an acnegel like BENZOYL PEROXIDE. I also wash my face everyday with cetaphil.... it won't harm your skin coz it's not a soap... the best!!!

If you want to get rid of them for good, visit a dermatologist! Anything else is not always safe, as well as temporary.
