Actually some women can have their periods while they are pregnant! Alot of women don't, yet some do. A few here and there even have their periods up through their delivery month. That is very rare though... yet there are many women that have their period while pregnant, most that do have them Up TO their 3 to 5th month. So if your woman is having her periods and is pregnant, do not worry, just have her go to the doctor and get checked out to make sure everything is alright.

Not normally.
I continued to bleed for the first 5 months of my pregnancy. The bleeding was alot lighter than a typical period, but it still happened. If the bleeding is heavy get to a doctor immediately! If it's just a little. call the doctor-on-call.

Yes, a pregnant woman can have a period early on in their pregnancy during the first trimester. If they became pregnant close to their normal menstruation cycle (or even gotten pregnant while on their period, it can happen), or if the pregnancy hormone level is low enough, the body can shed the uterine lining like normal while still having a pregnancy implanted..

If you get pregnant near the beginning on a period, you can still have it. It will most likely be lighter than usual.

I worked with a girl that had periods the first three months of her pregnancy. It can happen for some women.

Pregnant women do not get periods. Any bleeding during pregnancy should be discussed with the OBGYN.

They can and what is "implantaion bleeding"? I hear about this every day on here! I have had three kids and have NEVER heard of implantation bleeding. Why would a person bleed having sex unless they are 1) a virgin or 2) on their period. Someone please explain this silly notion!

Of course not, when pregnant, the baby is using the nutrients in the mother's body! Which is the wall of the uterus! The Uterus is what sheds and bleeds during our monthly cycle!
