Can you offer some insight on psychic premonitions?

I had a very vivid dream that I had a miscarriage. (I've never been pregnant) Later that week I received word my nephew's wife had a miscarriage. I'm still kind of freaked out by this. What are your thoughts on this?

I believe in things like that occuring, i myself have had things similar like that happen to me.. I had a dream about a graveyard and a funeral, the next day my father told me my grandma had passed and she wasnt even sick it was out of the blue.. and once i had a dream about snakes, something im deathly afraid of, and the next day a snake had somehow gotten into my brothers bedroom.. stuff like that and i have alot of dream de ja vu..all the time..
