Vcyl = Pi * r^2 * h
Pi = 3.14159
r = D/2 = 24/2 = 12 feet
h = 52 in / 12 = 4.33 feet
Vcyl = 3.14159 * 12^2 * 4.33
Vcyl = 1959 cubic feet = 14,654 gallons

Assuming your pool is perfectly cylindrical and full to the top with water, and no other objects are displacing any of the water inside (i.e. people swimming in it, or steps leading down into it), you would have a cylinder thats 288 inches in diameter (144 inch radius) and 52 inches tall. So pi x r^2 x h = pi x 144in^2 x 52, or about 3,387,491 cu in. of water, divided by 1728 cu in per cu ft = 1,960 cubic feet of water (answers rounded for simplicity).
1 cubic foot of water is approximately 7.48 Gallons, 1 gallon of water weights 8.35 pounds; therefore you have about 14,664 gallons of water, and would weigh approximately 122,375 pounds (61.19 tons)
I used the precise numbers in my calcuations, and have rounded the answers accordingly. Follow the link for more precise answers.

The formula would be:
Pi * r^2 * h so:
52" = ~4.33ft
Pi * (12ft)^2 * ~4.33ft =>
Pi * 144ft^2 * ~4.33ft = ~1960ft^3
