Simple , YOU DONT.. why do u feel the need to tell him??? do u want to break up your friendship?? cause thats what it will do, and not only that but it could damage his relationship with his mom...

Don't! You will open up your life for drama that you can't imagine. If you want to keep him your best friend you should keep your mouth shut. He might not be able to trust you if you tell him.
