do not diet while you are pregnant. you are trying to create a human being, this takes a lot of energy and calories. talk to your doctor. if you were overweight when you started your pregnancy then you should limit yourself to a reasonable weight gain but you still need to be gaining weight. it is really quite selfish to be thinking of your figure right now while you have a baby inside of you. think of your child first.

No diet plan.. Just walk and eat healthy. You don't want to loose weight, but you can slow the gain that you are going to have. Keep it as much the baby and as little on you as possible. Have plenty of fruit and veggies on hand for snacking, and LOTS of water. If it's not too hot out (I know it is where I am) get outside for a walk now and then too.

you're not allowed to lose weight while being pregnant. Doctors advise against it because it can cause stress on the baby. I stopped drinking soda when I was about 5 months pregnant. I went in to an appointment and my doctor saw that I had lost weight. He asked what I did and I told him. He then told me NOT to lose anymore weight and gave me the explanation I gave you.

weight watchers used to have a pregnancy plan I don't know if they still do check them out.
Also try looking into the zone my friend was on that for her first three months of pregnancy.
