It's a navy blue Carmen Marc Valvo evening gown, almost in a halter style. I can't find any photos of it online to use as an example, and i don't know what collection it is from either.
Just to keep in mind, i have very light skin, and very dark brown hair. For reference or a color 'swatch' (if you will), look at a photo of Liv Tyler. only celebrity who i have been compared to, lookswise.

Silver would be fabulous with navy blue...in fact, that is what I wore with my navy blue gown recently.

I would go with a pair of 4" blue navy pumps...as close to the dress color as possible, maybe even a Black one, jewlery i would do some kind of stunning earrings due to the halter style top.

Definately silver it brings out the shine in navy blue and silver accessories like a little silver bag and jewellery

i would say gold
it will stand out a little better with the navy blue
silver is a little to light for it
but it could work too
just do go too gold a sutble gold
not to over the top
and for a halter style go for a long necklace
gold
and a few gold bangles

Definitely without a doubt silver heels and silver accessories, if you are going for the classy elegant look. White, Gold, Black! will look tacky and trashy.

Silver or clear shoes, silver accessories. Depending on your hair style, dangling earrings will work nicely, either diamonds or silver.
I think clear shoes will look prettier than silver, they'd give that "Cinderella" effect.
