It doesnt really itch.. just there. I know its not Acne, I am thinking it could be hives or something..but then again it doesnt look like that either.. anyone got any ideas?

Could be an allergic reaction, even from the sun. If it gets worse, see a doctor.

Also ask about impetigo. a lot of teenagers get it. it spreads by touching it, very fast. Doesnt really hurt, but weeps and crusts.
