to run chkdsk fully, double-click my computer, then right-click "c-drive" select properties, select the tools tab>select error checking and click the button, check both boxes inside and click ok. Then restart your computer. It will do the check before it boots up, so don't cancel it.

I think there is a problem with your system files. just try. open the start menu>programmes>accessories>command promt(DOS prompt). In that window, type the command chkdsk. And press enter key. Then the computer replaces the lost files. You can see it. after that also try this. Right click your drive 'c'>properties>tools>checknow.
tick automatically fix errors.after that re-start your system. Hope it will clear your problem.
