I'm not receiving any emails from friends and family that have AOL. What gives? Who do I talk about it?

Do you have AOL? if so check AOL help. Perhaps there not sending you email? then it would be your family/ friends that you need to speak with. Try making a free yahoo account, and sending your email a message and see if you get a bounce back! perhaps you sent them the wrong email address? Theres tons of possibilities.. Try this link if the aol thing dont work..
