Loitering --it can lead to all sorts of stuff, drug deals, assaults/ violence, gang related crime. Go home or find something constructive to do on a Friday nite.

they do that because it's their job. whoever owns the parking lots doesn't want you there loitering or tresspassing and calls the police.
