My boyfriend and I have been dating for 5 month and he is consantily asking to nipple on my neck. He sleeps ALL day and he is up ALL night. He is really pale and eats raw bloodly meat. I there such a thing as vampires. I suspect there might be one living in my house.

Have you or others been getting tired all of a sudden while you're around him? That's the real sign of a vampire.
I have a feeling your boyfriend's just a bit too obsessed with vampires, and if you ask, he'll probably say he is one whether he really is or not. A real vampire would probably be a bit more subtle about it, and most would tell you what they are before the relationship got too involved.
Personally, I think you should dump this guy or threaten him to change. He sounds really creepy and may get worse.

I don't believe in vampires, but I have known a few people who were sure that they are vampires. *eyeroll* I don't know if they're trying to get attention (they're adults, so I would hope not), if they just like to try to creep people out (didn't work on me, I can be scary when I want to), or if they're just sick in the head.
Sorry to say it, but you may have a real problem on your hands. :o
EDIT: Oh yeah, and ask him what clan he belongs to? I'm guessing he'll say Toreador or Ventrue. :D

sap all the energy from you. He just sounds like a weirdo
