I like historical things( nothing too cubersome) and i don't want to be too sexy. I also like things that are combertfle.

Dress up as Marie Antoinette, the ill fated Queen of France who was guillitined in the French revolution. With the new film about her coming out in October, (starring Kirsten Dunst) You certainly will be all the rage, while paying homage to a very important historical figure who met a grusome death. How more appropriate can you get? Plus it is a very fun costume (large puffy dress, large tall white wig, white face paint, beauty mark,) Look her up on google.

My sister and I had fun making our costumes last year. I was a lightbulb and she was a lamp! She took a lamp shade (decorated it and put it on her head). She also took a cord and tucked it in her pants so it hung out and drug on the floor. I took heavy white and silver material and made a lightbulb. The metal part of the lightbulb was what went on my head and the top part was the glass part of the lightbulb. It was similar to the way a chef hat is designed. I also bought a bunch of those light up necklaces, bracelets, etc and put them on to add to the "lighted" effect.
