you mean how can he get money? Its a hard scramble when you start from the bottom, but all he really needs is a good job. Now the question is how does he get that. I know people cant afford to even dress for a good job much less actually know how to do it. Poor people need skills.

First thing he needs is an education and to be able to spell and use proper grammar in the construction of a simple sentence.

First he has to want to be changed then he needs a skill and an oppurtunity to apply that skill for income.

Dont try to change him. coz it wont work. Let him choose for himself to change. then if he does decide, let him get an education then a job.
