It stays in Vegas. It's just that everything that can cause you consequences is also in Vegas, so that doesn't do you any good. So, cheating on your wife stays in Vegas, but your wife's attorney is also in Vegas, so whoops, too bad.

If you live in Vegas everything that you do stays there however if you leave Vegas your day to day life ceases to exist. You simply get your life back when you return to Vegas. Now everything you do while your away from Vegas does come back with you to Vegas because what you do outside of Vegas goes with you everywhere.

very last time I went to vegas for my 21st i do not keep in mind even going to mattress yet when I awoke interior the incorrect motel room. i did not even understand how I were given into that room because it wasn't even on an same floor as mine. it will be tremendous to assert that i become with some warm chick or 2 or 3 yet later that day i become interior the hallway and those women were guffawing about some guy who apparently become so inebriated he crashed out in a room that the maids were cleansing. haha
