i don't think so. but gas prices are getting pretty high...i'm going to have to start riding my bike.

No, it's a part of the privilege of living in CA. The weather, the beaches, the girls, the mountains, the girls... You get the point.

If every city had all this to offer, it would be expensive to live their too.

Only after the major quake that we all know is coming. Then the area will be unattractive as a place to live....and, subsequently a cheaper place to live.

I don't think it ever will (I'm sorry). Gas prices are hitting the limit and location is always an important issue. Do you watch HGTV national open house, it might tell you more.

probably not unless a big earthquake hits, why would anybody live in california anyway, you should try arizona or florida, its just as nice and a lot cheaper
