i dont know where the sun is shining all year around, but i definitely know where the sun don't shine.

I actually had to get out my trusty atlas to check!

Lakshadweep is a group of islands in the Arabian Sea, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands are in the Indian Ocean. They are both pretty close to one another speaking in terms of nearness to the equator, but the correct answer is the A & N Islands, and specifically the Nicobar Islands.

Lakshadweep is located pretty much between the 10th and 12th N parallels, while the A & N Islands kind of straddle the 10th N parallel: the Andamans are above it, and the Nicobars are below. Because they are the furthest south of all the places you mentioned, they would have the sun almost overhead all year around.

None of These!It mabbe Runn of Kutch or Great Indian Desert.All above regions receive good rainfall.I don't think they mabbe....
