What is the best way to slim down your hips without loosing all of your boobs. I'm quite small on top but have wide hips. Any ideas for exercises or workouts? Thanks!

Welcome to the club gal. Big *** is the in-thing!! Anyway, as far as I understood, if you do thousands of excercise on the lower part, you will end up loosing overall weight and a more toned lower part of your body. I suggest to pump up the upper side while tone your lower part, making the proportion of your body more equal. The ussual squats, lunges and pilates do wonders. Good luck :)

exercise regularly concentrating on the lower part of your body to tone muscles in that area. also, you can dress in a way that will draw attention to your face and top body rather than your hips.

Spot reducing isn't possible without some kind of surgery. If you're bottom heavy, then I guess the best way to balance it out is to build up your shoulders.

guys go for hips. If they didn't, there wouldn't be so many of us out there. Genetically, we are enhanced in that area and we are the best of the baby producers. So, enjoy it and flaunt it. Find clothes that enhance the attractiveness of your assets.

tie a rope around your waist so tight that the food cannot get to your hips, which means they will begin to wither away while the nourishment goes to your chest.

if ur hips are naturally big then they are always going to appear to be big even if u lose some weight.

if you have an excersize ball lay on i sideways and do a sizzor motion with your legs...or lay on it on your stomach and move each leg up and down individuly and it will also give you a good butt lol...hope this helped

if they are natural then they cannot be reduced otherwise you should go to gym..
