a true lesbian would not find men sexually attractive at all, if you find women sexually interesting as well as men you are bisexual. even if you havent acted on it.

The people that have given you answers so far, are thinking within the box. I've had relationships with guys, but I was with them for the wrong reasons, I was at a point where I made relationships with men and paternal acceptance (which I never had), the same. I liked women since I was young, and you know you are lesbian, when you attracted to them in every way, it's not just about sex, everything about a woman makes you attracted to them. So lesbians who say you're not a lesbian if you've had sex with men, are not looking at the bigger picture and are being ignorant. And when you're a lesbian you can find men attractive, but that doesn't mean you see yourself in a committed relationship or having sexual relationships with them.

i used to have this question a lot myself when i was younger. do you need to know right now? maybe you can just let life take it's course, keep an open heart when you meet people. if you want to define your sexuality, you can always do it after you've learned more about yourself and what you want.
i myself thought and thought about it, i liked some of the guys i knew, and i had some crushes on girls. but i lived in a place where being gay was very difficult and unacceptable, so asking myself about my sexuality was very frightening. i didn't want to be unaccepted, so i thought "this is going to make my life difficult... how can i know for sure that i am gay?" i worried about it a lot...then i got very physically attracted to a few different women and thought "oh... so maybe i AM gay." and i moved, came out, etc.
i guess my point is :1) you don't ever have to define your sexuality as gay or straight and 2)if you do, it can wait. your life will give you experiences and feelings that will really make you know if you are gay or bi or whatever you decide. if you like a guy right now, be with him. if you like a girl, be with her.

You might just be bi. Typically, you're a lesbian if you are more emotionally and physically attracted to the gender of female rather than male.

ok if u get turned on by a woman and ur a woman/girl,then u are a lesbian.....if u are a man and like a woman, then u are strait, if u are a woman/girl who likes men/boys then u are strait,or, not a gay in any way..if u get turned on by both then u are bisexual, that means u like both sides if the fence
