Um..that would be my dad on a Sunday afternoon looking for an upper radiator hose for a 2002 Kia Rio. He was throwing phone books around and really being annoying. got rid of that car, by the way.

they are right it means mad but it means literally when your really mad your neck and face get hot (red) and you flush. Hence hot under the collar
