I work a rough job as a waiter and I get incredibly sleepy and fatigued at work. Today I felt no matter what I did I was always hot and releasing heat through my head. I also feel pain in the back of my head down to my neck. Is this just heat exhaustion or dehydration or should I see a doctor?

could be all of the above. you should probably see a doctor. If you dont feel its that much of a problem, you might want to look into going to see a nurse parctitioner or physician assistant. both options are cheaper, especially if a prescription isnt necessary. and if you do need a prescription, theyre supervised by doctors, so you can get those headaches take care of ASAP

You may have strained your neck or be under much stress.
I'd see a doctor. Being a waiter is a good reason to suffer both stress and strain. It's a very demanding job.

I also get a lot of head aches... been through many test from doctors. I do get migraines, as well as the kind of head aches you are describing and I think that like me yours may be stress related. I also like to go to a chiropractor it helps a lot.

To be safe see a doctor. And always drink plenty of liquids, even if you feel good. It is just good sense.
Good luck
