No, stress alone could not lead to miscarriage. If there are any other risk factors, stress could trigger them and thus increase ur chances to miscarry but if you're overall healthy, you dont need to worry. Dont forget that ( as sad as it is ) alot of women do deal with great stress while pregnant- losing a spouse, a parent, new home, financial problems, etc, but still most of them have normal pregnancies and healthy babies.
So, dont worry over an argument with a sibling, it will not harm your baby.
That doesnt mean that you shouldnt avoid stress - just remember that some stress is always a part of life.
Good luck !

i thought i was gonna have a miscarriage from all the stress i was going through earlier on in my pregnancy. but stress isnt a factor in miscarriages. a miscarriage is when your 'throws away' the unborn fetus and almost all of the time its due to genetic problems that we cant know. in a way, its natures way of getting rid of something that wouldnt have likely survived. but dont worry, it would take a lot more then 1 days stressing to miscarry. and the lower back pain is probably from you being so tense because youre angry. dont worry, relax, take a cold/hot shower/bath, whatever you prefer. good luck.!

Yes, stress is correlated with miscarriage. But that argument is over, so either resolve the problem or stop stressing about it. This constant stress that is eating at you is MUCH worse than the little argument. Good luck, and I hope a beautiful newborn is in your near future.

Stress is bad, but it has never that I know of led to a miscarriage. Just relax, take it easy for a few days and try to stay away from that situation.

STRESS is bad, pregnant or not, and it could possibly cause you to miscarry, so just relax and try to avoid stuff that stresses you out...go to the doc to confirm if you are pregnant or not

its important to start your prenatals as soon as possible and good luck Hope everything turns out as you wish

If stress caused miscarriages, no one would be born. Seriously, don't worry about it.
