Ok my sister was caught doin 85 in a 65, when he pulled her over he said when i pulled you over you were doin 65 but i clocked you back there at 85?

If the officer was in "hot pursuit", the range is limitless. If the officer did not turn on his lights to indicate an intent to pull over, in most states the maximum an officer can follow is 1 mile. If you can prove it was more than that, you can get off. Good luck proving it.

If they clocked you at any time, they can pull you over. They may have waited for your sister to be in a safe spot for them to get to her. If she disagrees with the ticket, or their methods, she should go to court on the date written on the ticket.

as long as they want if its locked on the radar screen,,probably watching her to see if she did anything else wrong.plus he was most likely running the plates for warrents ect.
