Hello! I am glad to help. You can do a few things...

#1.a second mortgage on your home
#2.get an equity line of credit ...which can also be tied into your home loan...
#3.Get a credit card...either chase,visa,am express,or lowes card...

But, being a personal banker,I advise one of the first 2 choices!!!

There is money available. TYpically a national bank branch will be the best option. They offer loans similar to those that you can use for refinancing or buying a home. If you are looking for money that is "free" I have not heard of anything. I know that Bank of America offers loan assistance for home improvement projects. Hope this helps!
