heh... i don't know.. but when I used to work for a call center customer service job, we always had a guy who would call and get a woman on the phone and ask what color and what type of panties she was wearing, we called him the panty patrol... pretty nasty if you ask me.

It is probably a learned behavior linked to arousal and possibly reinforced by masturbation. Everybody has a unique history of reinforcement. It is probably accidentally learned.
