well if you use your brains, its not as challenging as if you go through life not learning from your mistakes.
the nice thing is that as we age, priorities about what is important do change, and you mellow out on your view about things that would upset you when you're younger.
life is always a challenge, but the way you deal with those challenges determines whether or not life gets easier.

I think life gets easier as we get older. As we mature, we should become more confident and secure with our individuality (hopefully most people do but some don't). There will always be challenges though.
I see life as a story arc: as kids, there aren't too many worries then those teenage years bring rising climax, young adulthood brings even more action because we're learning just how *easy* we had it in those teenage years: there are bills to pay, more responsibilities, etc. and then somewhere in the middle, when we find whatever it is we've been searching for (love, kids, success, etc.) we reach the peak and as we grow older, life can't seem to throw us for a loop or stress us out as much because age makes you adapt. It all comes to an end, of course, as our time comes to an end.
Now this would be a *full* story arc. Some people have their life cut before the peak, or during the rising action, etc. That's why life is so precious. Each day could be the last...
I love that 80's group Tears for Fears. They have a cool song called, "Advice for the Young at Heart." Check it out sometime. :o)

Life will always be a never-ending challenge. It does get easier for a fortunate few. If life had no challenges, wouldn't we all get terribly bored? Challenges broaden our views and opinions. They make us stronger, more adaptible to our surroundings. We as a human race can pull together in times of trouble. Unfortunately, it usually takes a big disaster to make that happen.
When a person is just becoming an adult, the life ahead of us may seem overwhelming, then we get a few ideas. As you grow older you begin to realize that not all those ideas, nor plans can be fulfilled. So we have to prioritize.

Good question! In some ways life gets easier as you get older because you learn the art of prioritizing. In other words, adults are (usually) better equipped to decide what is important and what is not.
But no matter what kind of life you choose to lead, there are always challenges you must face every day. They may be small or large, but the challenges never end.
Challenges make life more fun!

Life is definitely easier when you are younger. As you get older you have more responsibilities and bills. You are able to be your own person, but you have to decide if that person is a bum or not.
While you may have more choices as an adult the consequences are more drastic. Oh boy, do I miss being grounded, that was way better than having thousands of dollars in fines for a bad driving record.

I think it gets easier because we get more comfortable with the never ending challenge.

I am 48 and have 8 kids, so I worry 8 more times than I use to. I still have trials. My husband is going back to school because we are still trying to find job security, he has had three careers, We are hoping this third time is a charm. I am renting again and feel like I am starting over. I am trying to buy a home now... again...enjoy being young, and dont settle for less than you diserve, marry someone who is your best friend< I did!! It sure helps life go easier if you have a best friend to go threw it with you.

Life is always a challenge. We worry about kids when their growing up .There`s never enough money. When you get older your body hurts and you still have to work till retirement. When you retire you pray that your body holds out so you can enjoy life.
But then your body is old and regardless how young our mind might be .Its a challenge to keep the body up with it.

I am 34 and it is still hard. My parents are 64 and 65 and they say it is still hard. So I believe it is a never ending challenge. Especially if you are not rich.
