Dunlop M-Fil 7 Hundred. 110" head, 27.5 inches length, 10.5 oz. weight. Very light, fast and powerful and feels great too.

Wilson nCode n6 looks like it might fit the bill. You'd have to demo it, though.
ETA: Sorry, that one's at exactly 27.5". I'll keep looking through some of them, though.
