The 'shadow government' isn't IN the official government. That's all for show. The 'shadow government' is the controlling interests in the media and the educational system, since they hold the means to indoctrinate the masses directly. Thus the distracting propaganda that has people worrying about George Bush; wouldn't want anybody to think logically about the situation !
