Remind him. Maybe give him a little note that says, "Mom's birthday is in 3 days, don't forget!" But don't tell her what your doing. You can also sign him up for some Birthday Reminder website. There's a great one at www.birthdayalarm.com. It has a calender where you can add people's birthdays, and you can set it to remind you whenever you want. I think it reminds you twice...

Anyway, good luck. It's not butting in, it's a friendly reminder that will keep the piece. (Don't forget the gift!)

Good luck!

leave a sticky note on his rear view mirror the week before...Reminder! Mom's birthday is in 5 days, then maybe another at 3 days before. If he has email, sign him up to a greeting card service and log in her birthday. He'll get reminded a week or two before the birthday. Your just providing a friendly reminder, there is nothing wrong with that. Just dont tell your mom your doing it or she'll get mad at you.

" I want a ........ This puts the fun back in birthdays and makes sure the other members of the family remember the important day. If this doesn't go over, then give him a kick in the butt.
