taking a daily vitamin (pre-natal work great) help with the hair and nails.
as for the zits, I'm not really sure. I do know washing your face daily with a cleanser that's right for your skin should help. and don't overwash you face, that'll just make it worse.

For acne, try any product containing salicylic acid. There are a good deal of overnight treatments containing salicylic acid that are relatively inexpensive, readily available, and can get rid of pesky pimples within a day or two.
As far as encouraging hair and nail growth are concerned, I've found that over the counter prenatal vitamins work wonders. Many vitamin companies also offer a nail and hair growth concoction, but I can't attest to how well these work.

I beleive listening to music from U2 here:
"City Of Blinding Lights"
The more you see the less you know
The less you find out as you go
I knew much more then than I do now
Neon heart, day-glow eyes
The city lit by fireflies
They're advertising in the skies
And people like us
And I miss you when you're not around
I'm getting ready to leave the ground
Oh you look so beautiful tonight...
Don't look before you laugh
Look ugly in a photograph
Flash bulbs, purple irises the camera can't see
I've seen you walk unafraid
I've seen you in the clothes you've made
Can you see the beauty inside of me?
What happened to the beauty I had inside of me?
And I miss you when you're not around
I'm getting ready to leave the ground
Oh you look so beautiful tonight...tonight
In the city of blinding lights
Time...time....time...won't leave me as I am
But time won't take the boy out of this man
Oh you look so beautiful tonight
Oh you look so beautiful tonight
Oh you look so beautiful tonight
In the city of blinding lights,
The more you know
The less you feel
Some pray for, others steal
Blessings not just for the ones who kneel, luckily

If you want to get your hair to grow, I know from experince that heat and the sun makes your hair grow a little faster. I know that this sounds crazy but if you get the ends trimmed it helps too. To get your nails to grow, paint them everyday, eat carrots, and drinking milk helps. I'm not 100% sure what to say about your face, but if it is oily get Clean&Clear, but if you face is dry you might want to get personalized face wash. Some of the things out there that say it helps only makes it worse.

Try the awesome "Hair, Skin & Nail Vitamins" found at your local CVS, RIte Aid, Walgreens, Kroger, etc. Runs about $6.
Most dermatologists recommend washing with plain ol' dove soap, it works.
And if your looking for acne treatment, try MaryKay Acne Treatment Gel.

well i used clearasil produts and all the rest as the list goes on but i found bu using these chemicals on my skin it made it worse because not only do they strip your skin of the bad dirty oils but also of the ones that keep the balance, so just try a deep cleanser every two days and a facial scrub twice a week, as for your hair, regular trims should keep it healthy and looking great

zits: try toothpaste, prescribed stuff (i.e. retin-a-micro or benzaclin), n smushing watercress n rubbin it on the zit works.
nails n hair: since itz summer, that helps in itself, soaking your hands in milk daily helps for your nails, and as for your hair try mayonaise. (yeah a little messy) that's just basic "do-it-yourself"
