There is no permanent solution for getting rid of blackheads, but a consistent skincare routine can help keep them under control. Don't pick at or try to squeeze them with your fingers, as you run the risk of infection and scarring.
Here is a website you can go to.
In the "Search" box type in "blackheads" and read some of the suggestions.

Use a mild scrub or exfoliant to remove any dead cells and expose the blackhead. Pat your face dry. Place a damp warm wash cloth on your face for 15 minutes to soften the blackhead, making it easier to remove. Place a piece of tissue on the tip of each finger to avoid slipping, which could tear the skin and cause further damage. Gently apply even pressure to both sides of the blackhead by pushing down, then up around the blemish. You’re trying to apply the pressure from the blackhead. Only try this 1 or 2 times. If it does not “pop”, you may bruise the skin, make the blackhead worse, and could cause scarring. Exfoliate your skin 2 - 3 times a week too. Clean & Clear Morning Burst scrub is my fave. Don't scrub too hard & dont use a heavy oily moisturizer on your face either. Cleanse your face 2 times a day, but don't dry your skin out. Cetaphil is good to use.

Removal strips:

Blackhead removal strips are readily available at all major departmental stores. All you need to do is to wet the strip, place the strip on your nose, which is where blackheads are very likely to form, leave it on till it dries completely, and peel it off.

Steam:

You could also try removing blackheads yourself, but make sure you are gentle, or you may cause scarring. Steam your face for around ten minutes with a steamer, or by placing your face over a vessel of boiling water if you do not have a steamer. Form a tent with your towel over your head and around the bowl, to trap the steam. This opens and softens pores, and makes the blackheads easier to remove. Then take a wad of cotton in both hands, and use the cotton to gently squeeze out the blackheads.

Exfoliate:

Make sure the blackheads don’t reappear by exfoliate your skin with a face scrub, to get rid of dead skin so they do not block pores. Use it on your nose, or wherever you have blackheads. Scrub the area gently. Do not be too harsh as you may cause further damage.

While you need exfoliate your face only twice a week, many women have reported that their blackheads on their nose have totally disappeared after they started using a face scrub on their nose on a daily basis.

Good luck babe xx

When I was little I actually did that! I sand paper my nose thinking well if the black heads are under the skin than I need to dig deep enough to get them out. I don't remember if it worked. I remember a red noise. After all the products from sephora, I often just return to a towel, alcohol and hydrogen peroxide. Not at the same time. Hp to kill the bacteria and alchol to wipe the pores clean.

Some times for the fun of it I get strong tape put it on my face and that gets a few out, that's about as effective as the biore strips.

I recently bought a face mask at Rite-Aid called Boothe's Volcanic Ash mask. it's a little scary because it's black when it goes on and dries gray. After you let it dry and start to wash off, you see the mask immediately shrinks your pores, which helps prevent blackheads. I used it every other day for about a week and a half and it got rid of 90% of my blackheads

By the time many people consult a doctor for their acne, they usually havetried a drawerful of over-the-counter (OTC) medications. Acne is often treated by a dermatologist, a doctor who specializes in diseases and disorders of the skin. Dermatologists treat all kinds of acne, particularly severe cases. Doctors who are general or family practitioners, pediatricians, or internists may treat patients with milder cases of acne.
Doctors usually recommend an OTC or prescription topical medication for people with blackheads, whiteheads, and mild inflammatory acne. Depending on the type of medication, a topical drug is applied directly to the acne lesions or to the entire area of skin affected. The medication helps limit the formation of new blackheads and whiteheads and decrease inflammation.

Hi, this is Bono's bug-goggles. For the price of all that crap you bought, you could have saved a few people from starving in Africa. But I suppose blackheads are more important than saving real black's heads? Shame on you for not caring enough!

Pour bleach on your face. That may melt your skin and disfigure your face but at least the blackheads will be gone.
