Probably Canada, though it may not be as easy as people think ... you have to go through the whole process, qualify, and everything else.

Out of curiosity, why?

Western Canada because it's most similar to U.S. in terms of language (English) and culture. (Eastern Canada speaks French.) However, I do believe that becoming a legal Canadian resident/citizen is probably not an easy process. This is due to the fact that many American men escaped to Canada in the late 1960s and early 1970s to avoid the draft for the Vietnam War. Our govt forced the Canadian govt to pass new stricter laws re American immigration.

I agree, Canada. I think you can go just about anywhere though.
