Most browsers nowadays will automatically squeeze the page to fit the users preference, and so starting with that the typical page is setup for a 1024x768 size screen resolution.
now.. As far as information... you can fit as much as you want on one page but the will be drawbacks... unless it is only text, the page will take forever to load. even with broadband it will be slow because it is so large and the server your page will be on can only kick out so much info at once. Second Even if it is only text its a hassle to deal with everytime you need to find a specific spot because you will have to scroll the entire page. I had a book that was converted to html that was 2000 pages long on the computer and there was just the one page.. it took about ten minutes to load just because it was so big and it has to comit it to the memory.
But if you dont care about that. Yes you can put as much as you want on one page and have it all crazy with hidden stuff and junk... Have fun!

When you write Web pages, you need to remember that someone on the other end of the 'net is going to download and read them. Because of this, you want to make sure that they load as quickly as possible.
Some good rules of thumb for keeping the download time short:
* 30K — maximum size for your Web page, including all images
Thus, if you have two 10K images on your page, you should not have more than 10K of HTML and text.
* 12K — maximum size for each image, sound file, or applet
This includes animated images and anything downloaded with the page
* Use multiple pages
Instead of one long page
* Use special effects sparingly
Make sure that the site needs the effect you want. Whenever you add Java or JavaScript or other effects, that impacts the download time of your site.

Well that part of you stops growing around 17 so you're right on track to be average( around 6 inches), which isn't bad just not mandigo size lol. Just remember the more you can do besides say, " My dick is six inch and 3/4 inches," the better your chances are going to be that you get that call for a second round the next day.

I think the width and height of webpage can be any size. But if the content is heavy: lot of images, graphics, flash swf ...
The brower will take long time to load and it slows down the computer's performance. People will close the browser immediately.
The longest page i ever seen is here:

There is limit on information that can be placed on a webpage. I have pages that are 234 pages of nothing but information, but they load easily because it's about the byte rate. If you have a lot of pictures and music it slows down the load time. You might also cosider making in page links for easier navigation.

my college class said that anything longer than say two full pages of scrolldown, and people will lose interest in your pages.
the pages are measured sizewise by the size and amount of info you display on the page. if you are working with frontpage or another web application, once you save, you can go to file>preview in browser.
its a handy way to get a good look at how your page will look once its published on the internet.
this will help you determine easily how much is too much on the page as well as "see it" before you put it online.

i'm sure some hosts allow that, providing that it didn't take up too much of their bandwith (i think some sites get a daily quota as to how much data can be transferred... idk)
they probably measure the amount of data you put in. not necessarily just hard information, but little things too like the size of pictures, their placing, some animation stuff...
not that i'd know, i've never made a website.. hah

You could make it as long as you would like. It would just keep scrolling down further and further. Who would want to view something that unorganized is another question all together.....
