Probably not. Pirates will make a ton of money, but Titanic made near 2 billion.
When Titanic came out it just kept going and going. A lot of young girls and women went back three, four, five or more times (had to do with Leo Decaprio).
Pirates will do well, but I think it will follow the same pattern as Spiderman - go very strong, but decline in several weeks - Titanic just kept going.

I dont know Titanic made almost $2 billion dollars not including DVD sales.
"It held a virtual lock on first place at the box office for nearly four months and would become the (inflation unadjusted) highest grossing film of all-time with more than $1.8 billion in ticket sales worldwide." Wikipedia.org

No.. I think if Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter didn't beat Titanic then Pirates won't.

Well, in that case, I would say it already has. Titanic was somewhat overstated anyway.

Well, if it made that much, I'm assuming everyone already saw it so, nope!
