Sounds like an UTI - Urinary Tract Infection. Go back to the doctor, Emergency room or Med clinic. Take a urine test.

You know, I may post in a flippant manner in many cases, but this time, I'm dead serious. My ex-wife had the same thing a long time ago, and it was a UTI, a Urinary Tract Infection. Don't let this go unchecked. This could turn into a Kidney Infection if it's untreated.
One more thing. I'm not trying to be alarmist..I'm trying to help you cover every base--my ex was also pregnant at the time (only weeks), and as it so happens, she ended up having a miscarriage. It was difficult to distinguish the miscarriage from the UTI, as it turns out.
So, bottom line--get a second opinion, without a doubt, and if you have any reason to think that you might be pregnant (late, accident w/partner, etc.,) look into that aspect of it, as well.
Good luck.

Go get a big bottle of cranberry juice and drink it like crazy. Then, go get another doctors opinion. It sounds like the burning and peeing part is a bladder infection, I have had those. The bleeding part could be you are ovulating. I had a bladder infection that went to my kidneys so get that cranberry juice soon, it works.

Go with the cranberry juice. (And look for the highest percentage of cranberry you can find.) Sounds like a bladder infection or urinary tract infection. Also try not to wear any tight synthetic underwear or pants. Stick to cotton underwear untill this clears up.

The bleeding i would say is called "spotting" is annoying but cant do anything about it. If your sexually active you could have a slight tear, sti, or someother type of infection.
Go to your local gyno, get a full sti check (blood, urine, the works) and a pap smear.

You need to go see a gynocologist. You might have an infection or a STD.
