Should we pursue our policy of dialogue with Pakistan?

The alternative is war, or to stonewall them. I think diplomacy is by far the best route. The people, not the government suffer when there's war or sanctions, and its the governments that are at fault here. There are a lot of good, loving people in Pakistan, they neither need nor deserve another war.

Cashmere should be its own country.
