Drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated and use lots of skin mousturizers throughout the week or in the shower. It can't last forever, so just take care of your skin for the time being. Make sure you always wash off all the makeup before you go to bed (or it can clog your pores). Use pore-cleanser products too. Facial peels work well for getting your pores clean, so that will help you not break out.
Sometimes break outs are CAUSED by the make-up that you're trying to use to cover them up. So use skin-friendly make-ups. Do you really need foundation that badly? Only use it when you really really feel like you have to, NOT everyday.

Washing your face in the morning and before bed is great. But stay away from the foundation makeup for awhile until you get your skin under control. If you cant tell you have it on anyway it wont make a difference as far as putting it on goes. I had the same problem with my skin when i was younger. When you wash your face use really warm water, I mean splash your face with it before you even put the soap on to open your pores up. Then wash with soap and rinse with cold water to close those pores back up. I found for me that using Clearasil helped too. But most of the time you outgrow the breaking out . If it gets worse and nothing else helps you can see a dermatologist. It may be your diet is contributing to your breakouts too. I hope i helped a little

Drink lots of water. It can be hard sometimes, but everything slows down and has trouble coping when you're not fully hydrated. In reference to a previous answer, Using a product like Pro-Activ can do well, but I used to work for Guthy-Renker and specialised in that product, and it can do more harm than good. Patch test properly, and start using any product like it slowly. But with skincare, you're better off spending the extra cash on that than makeup. Use all natural products, Jurilique do amazing stuff. As for make up, Bare Minerals is amazing, but the price tag can be a bit scary. Guthy-Renker sell a product called Sheer Cover that is a cheaper alternative. It's not as good as Bare Minerals tho. Also, be careful that you're not washing your face too much. Sometimes with skin that breaks out, it's not that your skin is too oily, but it's too dry. So try washing your face once a day and don't use a moisturiser, see how your skin reacts. And you might try going to a Clinique counter and pretending like you're considering buying something, and get them to tell you what kind of skin you have.

If you have acne, you'll need to treat it with something like Pro-Activ. If you're just allergic to the makeup, change brands. In either case, look for foundation that is non-comedogenic (meaning it doesn't clog pores) and hypoallergenic. Almay makes good ones, but I recommend Bare Minerals from the Bare Escentuals line (expensive, but it is pure minerals and no additives). Good luck!

Your best wager is to seem for a water-depending liquid starting place. countless beauty and skincare agencies cause them to. Neutrogena has countless, even if the colors many times do not adventure dermis colour. Almay has probably the finest, as they were the first for sale. I used Almay starting place even as i become in college. There are mineral powder foundations, bare Esscentuals become the first actual, that are meant to be ok for pimples dermis, yet i have not had any own adventure with them.

I used to do makeup..even makeup made for acne...I found out what woks better for me is not to use makeup at all. It clogs up your pores, makes your face oily and just not healthy to cover it up...needless to say my face is spot free now. I do not put nothing on it, just water.

Make up is terrible for your skin, especially if you already have problem skin. Try using an overnight cleansing mask and a non-comodegenic foundation.

Drink lots of water, stay away from sodas and candy, and if you use powder foundation, blend it with a little co co butter and then put it on.

use oil free makeup/products because oil clogs the pores and so in the long run it will help.
