Some one asks this every week on this site! Doesn't anyone read through the answers? Its Last Kiss by J. Frank Wilson & the Cavaliers (60's). This is the original as far as I know. Other people have done it, so I hear, but I like the oldie but goodie!

I don't remember the name of the song but I do Know the rest of the lyrics. My older sister died when I was only 14 of a drug overdose,I don't really remember much about her but I do remember her singing this song to me when I was little. She had a beautiful voice, and growing up I used to think she wrote it.Sorry I couldn't help you out with your question but Thanks for reminding me of the fond memories of my childhood. If I remember the name of the song I will come back and edit this answer.I think the other answers are correct. The name of the song is Last Kiss
